Booth games
Booth games visitors join without an app
A booth game should help the stand, not compete with it. The visitor plays in a browser. Your team stays in the conversation. A display can show the round to the aisle when you want that.
Designed around a standing visit
People do not sit down at a booth to finish a level. They pause, look at a phone or a screen, and either join or keep walking. The game has to respect that pause.
TradeShowPlay uses a QR join and an operator reset so the next person does not inherit a half-finished round. The round can live on the phone. A large display is there when the aisle should watch.
- Join without an account
- Instructions on the screen staff can point to
- A reset between people
What to prepare before you travel
Write the one-sentence explanation, the labels, and the result. Print the QR where the counter or the station already draws the eye. Decide who on the crew may start a round.
If the phones cannot reach a network, fix that before you promise a live game. A screen is extra. The network for the phones is not.
Questions
Is this only for games, or can the same screen run a quiz?
The same visit can be a game, a quiz, a lead-gen round, a leaderboard, or a draw. Your quote lists which ones are included. A screen is optional for each of them.
Will this capture leads into our CRM?
No. TradeShowPlay runs the on-screen session. Keep registration and CRM capture in the tools you already use for that.
